[本刊讯]浙江省在推进新型建筑工业化进程中,高度重视政策扶持和立法保障,目前已完成《浙江省绿色建筑条例》的立法工作,并于2016年5月1日正式实施。该条例明确要求设区的市、县(市)人民政府确定一定比例的民用建筑,应用新型建筑工业化技术进行建设,从立法层面加强规划,保障新型建筑工业化推进。《浙江省建筑业现代化“十三五”发展规划》还首次被列入省政府重点专项规划,把新型建筑工业化作为建筑业现代化
In promoting the industrialization of new buildings, Zhejiang Province attaches great importance to policy support and legislative guarantee. At present, Zhejiang Province has completed the legislative work on the “Green Building Regulations of Zhejiang Province” and was officially implemented on May 1, 2016. This regulation clearly requires the municipal, county (city) people’s government in districts to determine a certain proportion of civil buildings and construct them with new building industrialization technologies, and strengthen the planning from the legislative level to ensure the advancement of industrialization of new buildings. “Zhejiang Provincial Construction Modernization” “Thirteen Five” “Development Plan” is also included in the provincial government for the first time the key special planning, the new building industrialization as a modern construction industry
