四川高等教育文献保障体系 (SCALIS)是我省的高等教育公共服务体系。建设SCALIS ,是四川经济建设发展、四川高等教育发展的需要 ,也是从根本上解决我省高校图书馆目前面临的困境的有效途径。中国高等教育文献保障体系 (CA LIS)、江苏高等教育文献信息体系 (JALIS)的成功经验可以为“四川高等教育文献保障体系”借鉴。四川高等院校的网络条件、四川高校图书馆自动化建设的基础、四川高校图书馆馆际间强烈的资源共建共享的愿望和良好的合作精神等 ,为“四川高等教育文献保障体系”的建设提供了基本保证。项目建成后 ,能产生良好的效益 ,实现可持续发展。
Sichuan Higher Education Document Security System (SCALIS) is the province’s higher education public service system. The construction of SCALIS is the need of economic development and development of Sichuan and the development of higher education in Sichuan.
