作为一所农村的中学教师,我深深的感受到,社会主义新农村建设,不是少数的优秀生能够独立完成的,他需要各类人才的共同努力,所以我们必须进行全面教育不能忽视后进生。那么如何才能真正的帮助后进生呢?本文认为帮助后进生最重要的是了解他们、关爱他们。
As a middle school teacher in a rural area, I deeply feel that the building of a new socialist countryside is not accomplished by a handful of outstanding students. He needs the joint efforts of all kinds of personnel. Therefore, we must conduct comprehensive education and can not ignore the backward students. . So how can we truly help post-graduation? This article believes that the most important thing to help students is to understand them and care for them.
