温胃合剂是根据北京儿童医院已故著名老中医王鹏飞先生经验方研制而成的纯中药制剂,由丁香、藿香、茴香、元胡等八味药组成。功能温中散寒,理气止痛:主治胃痛、脐周痛及脾胃不和等症。作为医院制剂在临床使用多年,疗效确切。本文采用薄层色谱法对其中藿香、丁香、延胡索、乌药等进行了定性鉴别,初步建立了该制剂的质量标准。 1.仪器、药品、试剂 ZF-Ⅰ型三用紫外分析仪(上海顾村光学仪器厂),硅胶G(青岛海洋化工厂),所用化学试剂均
Wenwei Mixture is a pure Chinese medicine preparation developed according to the experience of Mr. Wang Pengfei, a well-known old Chinese medicine doctor at Beijing Children’s Hospital. It consists of clove, musk, fennel and Yuanhu. Functional cold in the cold, qi and pain: Indications stomach pain, umbilical pain and spleen and stomach inequality. As a hospital preparation used for many years in clinical practice, the curative effect is exact. In this paper, the qualitative identification of Rutaceae, Clove, Corydalis yanhusuo, and Ophiopogon japonicus was carried out by thin layer chromatography, and the quality standard of the preparation was preliminarily established. 1.
