结、直肠梗阻是大肠癌晚期症状之一。及时地诊断及正确地治疗,对患者预后尤其是老年患者预后意义重大。海淀医院外科1988年1月～2002年1月收治65岁以上大肠癌患者136例,65岁以上大肠癌并急性肠梗阻40例,占同期大肠癌病历15％。现对40例老年大肠癌并急性肠梗阻临床治疗讨论如下。 1.临床资料和方法 1.1 一般情况 40例大肠癌患者中,男22例,女18例;年龄65～87岁,平均75.2岁,其中80岁以上3例。病程:从发
