目的了解扬州市苯作业人员的血常规状况,探讨不同年龄、行业、工龄、性别对苯作业人员血常规检查结果的影响。方法收集扬州市2014年3 003名苯作业人员的职业健康检查结果,对资料进行统计分析。结果 3 003名苯作业人员血常规异常检出率为6.9%,WBC和中性粒细胞减少检出率分别为4.3%和5.2%。不同年龄、行业组苯作业人员血常规异常检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。工龄≥10a组WBC的减少检出率高于工龄<10a组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性组WBC减少检出率高于女性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。而不同工龄、性别组中性粒细胞和血小板减少检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。化工行业男性组和女性组WBC减少检出率分别为5.2%和2.0%,男性组高于女性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论苯作业人员血常规异常主要表现为WBC和中性粒细胞的减少,工龄、性别对苯作业人员的血常规检查结果有一定的影响,应加强对苯作业人员的健康管理和防护,尤其是化工行业的男性员工。
Objective To understand the blood routine of benzene workers in Yangzhou and to explore the influence of different age, industry, length of service and gender on blood test results of benzene workers. Methods The occupational health examination results of 3 003 benzene workers in Yangzhou City in 2014 were collected, and the data were analyzed statistically. Results The blood routine abnormalities of 3 003 benzene workers were detected at 6.9%, and the detection rates of WBC and neutropenia were 4.3% and 5.2% respectively. There was no significant difference in the detection rate of blood abnormalities among benzene workers of different ages and industries (P> 0.05). The detection rate of WBC in the patients with the length of 10 years or more was higher than that in the patients with the length of <10 years of service, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The rate of decrease of WBC in male group was higher than that in female group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). However, there was no significant difference in the detection rate of neutrophil and thrombocytopenia among different working age and gender groups (P> 0.05). The detection rate of WBC in the chemical industry was 5.2% and 2.0% respectively in the male and female groups, but higher in the male group than in the female group (P <0.01). Conclusion The blood abnormalities of benzene workers are mainly manifested as the decrease of WBC and neutrophils. The length of service and sex have certain influence on the blood test results of benzene workers. The health management and protection of benzene workers should be strengthened, especially Chemical workers in the industry.
