痱子洗剂(南京市卫生局主编:医院制剂手册。南京:江苏人民出版社,1978:139)对痱子、皮肤瘙痒症均有效,并有涂擦方便、不污染衣服等优点,所以患者乐于使用。本制剂的处方组成是:樟脑10g,苯酚10g,薄荷脑10g、乙醇400ml、蒸馏水加至1000ml。几年来,我们根据本处方进行配制,结果均出脚混浊现象,为了使外观澄清,我们对该制剂的乙醇浓度作了实验性筛选,现报告如下。根据痱子洗剂的处方,樟脑,薄荷脑、苯酚的含量不变,选择不同体积的乙醇加适最蒸馏水分别制成1000ml痱子洗剂,并经多次试验和在不同时间进行观察记录(见附表)。结果发现以乙醇475ml,蒸馏水加至1000ml,能得到澄明溶液,475ml以下则可出现不同程度的混浊现象。
