前言我国生产大钟(摆钟)已有约六十年的历史。六十年来,大钟的校对工艺一直沿用手工操作,工效低,周期长,劳动强度大,并需要占用大量的厂房面积。随着大钟产量的迅速增加,这个矛盾越来越突出,成为大钟生产中急需解决的关键问题之一。1977年1月,我院部份师生到山东烟台木钟厂,在厂党委的直接领导下,和工人、技术人员一起进行摆钟校对仪的研制工作,用了五个多月的时间,研制成功了数字式摆钟校对仪。经过一年多的试用,证明校对迅速、准确、
