目的:对老年糖尿病并发低血糖症的发生原因和治疗方法以及治疗效果进行观察和分析。方法:选择30例于2012年3月至2013年8月间在我院进行糖尿病并发低血糖症治疗的老年患者资料进行研究和分析,分析患者的发病原因并进行对症治疗,分析治疗效果。结果:25例患者病情迅速得到控制,治疗1小时后血糖监测结果显示完全恢复正常,4例患者发生低血糖的频率较高,持续治疗3天后病情逐渐得到控制,血糖趋于平稳,1例患者血糖恢复正常后死于心力衰竭合并感染。结论:了解和掌握老年糖尿病并发低血糖症的发病原因和特点并进行对症治疗,同时加强对血糖的监测,能够使患者病情得到明显改善。
Objective: To investigate the causes and treatment of senile diabetes mellitus complicated with hypoglycemia and its therapeutic effect. Methods: The data of 30 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and hypoglycemia treated in our hospital from March 2012 to August 2013 were analyzed and analyzed. The causes of the disease were analyzed and the symptomatic treatment was performed. The therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results: Twenty-five patients were rapidly controlled. The blood glucose monitoring results returned to normal after 1 hour of treatment. The frequency of hypoglycemia in 4 patients was higher. After 3 days of continuous treatment, the disease was gradually controlled and the blood glucose became stable. One patient Blood sugar returned to normal died of heart failure and infection. Conclusion: Understanding and mastering the causes and characteristics of senile diabetes complicated with hypoglycemia and symptomatic treatment, while strengthening the monitoring of blood glucose, can make the patient’s condition has been significantly improved.
