多年来,《植保技术与推广》杂志在全国各级植保部门的大力支持下,通过广大通讯员、读者和作者的共同努力,期刊的编辑出版工作取得了质量稳定提高,发行数量稳定增长,办刊经济、社会效益全面提升的好成绩,对推动和促进全国植保工作的开展做出了应有的贡献。为进一步激励广大读者和专家的踊跃投稿,积极读、用本刊,经研究决定,从2002年起,每年组织开展《植保技术与推广》优秀论文评选活动。1 评选范围 该活动每年举办1次,参选论文限《植保技术与推广》当年已发表文章。 为适应新形势下植保工作的需要,2002年本刊对栏目设置作了较大调整,并制订了2002年度编辑出版报道计划和重点（详见本刊2002年第1期扉页“发刊
