用病理形态学方法,将子宫重量、子宫系数,子宫粘膜及子宫腺作为主要观察指标,对4组6月龄雌性Beagle犬按不同季节分别剖杀,取其子宫做病理学观察和分析。发现各组Beagle犬子宫重量和子宫系数个体差异很大,春、冬季与夏、秋季之间子宫系数均数差异极显著(P<0.01)。结合子宫重量比较,子宫组织形态也发生较大的变化。表明:Beagle犬子宫重量和组织学的个体差异较大,这种差异是因为雌犬处于发情周期的不同阶段所致,季节是影响Beagle犬发情周期的重要因素。实验结果提示,用Beagle犬做新药评价研究时,对子宫重量、子宫系数和子
Using pathomorphological method, the uterus weight, uterine coefficient, uterine mucosa and uterus gland were taken as the main observation indexes. Four groups of 6-month-old female Beagle dogs were killed according to different seasons, and their uterus was observed and analyzed by pathology. The results showed that there were significant differences in uterine weight and uterine coefficient between Beagle dogs in each group. The mean number of uterine coefficients between spring and winter and summer and autumn were significantly different (P <0.01). Combined with uterine weight comparison, uterine tissue morphology also occurred greater changes. The results showed that there were significant differences in the weight and histology of Beagle dogs. The difference was due to the female dogs being in different stages of estrus cycle. Season was the important factor that affected the estrous cycle of Beagle dogs.
