“满园春色关不住,一枝红杏出墙来.”改革开放的浩荡春风催发了《税务与经济》这枝红杏;党的十四大的无际光辉开拓出广大税务工作者和其他经济工作者科研活动的广阔天地.《税务与经济》的前身,是《吉林财贸学院学报》.自1979年创刊以来的14年间,一直得到广大朋友的厚爱,使她步出国门,立于世界期刊之林,并被评为中国财经类核心期刊,还被美国出版的《奥尔斯世界期刊指南》载文向各国介绍.在这里,我谨代表编辑部全体同仁,向一切关心她的朋友们表示最衷心的感谢!1992年5月,吉林财贸学院划归国家税务局领导,并更名为长春税务学院;《吉林财贸学院学报》亦随之易名,遂有《税务与经济》面世.

In May 1992, Jilin Institute of Finance and Trade was placed under the leadership of the State Administration of Taxation and changed its name to Changchun Taxation Institute. The Journal of Jilin Finance and Trade University also changed its name, and “tax and economy” was published.
