颅内肿瘤病人在进行脑血管造影时,如发现颈外动脉供血,对于脑膜瘤的诊断则有很大的帮助,这已为人们所熟知。但对于颈内动脉源性的脑膜血管,尚未引起普遍重视。通过临床实践发现:嗅沟、镰旁、蝶骨嵴等处脑膜瘤,在进行颈内动脉造影时,往往有眼动脉增粗及其脑膜支显影与供血,对于肿瘤的定性诊断颇有帮助。复习文献,发现国内外材料已经有少数记载与报告。鉴于脑血管造影目前仍然是诊断颅内肿瘤的主要手段,特别是对于脑膜瘤,不仅可以定位,定性,而且可以查明血供来源,是术前不可缺少的检查方法。为此,本文对眼动脉脑膜分支的x线解剖,以及它们在颈内动脉造影片上显影时,对于脑膜瘤的诊断意义,进行专题研究与讨论,以提高我们的x线诊断水平。
