在销 -盘式摩擦磨损试验机上进行了 Cu- Cr- Zr合金的电滑动摩擦磨损试验 ,考察了时效处理对其力学和电磨损性能的影响 ,并采用扫描电子显微镜对其磨损表面进行观察分析 .结果表明 :Cu- Cr- Zr合金的磨损率随时效温度的升高逐渐降低 ,在 5 0 0℃时达到最低值 ;随着时效温度的进一步升高 ,磨损率又开始增大 .在电流作用下 ,合金的磨损机制主要有粘着磨损、磨粒磨损与电侵蚀磨损 .在相同的摩擦磨损试验条件下 ,Cu- Cr- Zr合金的耐磨损性能明显优于Cu- Ag合金
The sliding friction and wear tests of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy were carried out on a pin-plate friction and wear tester. The effects of aging treatment on the mechanical and electrical wear properties were investigated. The worn surface of the Cu-Cr-Zr alloy was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy The results show that the wear rate of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy decreases gradually with the increase of aging temperature and reaches the lowest value at 500 ℃, with the aging temperature increasing, the wear rate begins to increase again. The wear mechanism of the alloy is mainly adhesive wear, abrasive wear and electrical erosion wear under the same friction and wear test conditions, the wear resistance of the Cu-Cr-Zr alloy is significantly better than the Cu-Ag alloy
