对95例流行性出血热患者各期进行了血液系统的检测。结果表明:血小板在发热期即明显下降,休克期尤为低下,多尿期开始恢复正常。白细胞计数在发热期即升高,休克期尤为显著,多尿期恢复正常。总淋巴细胞、异型淋巴细胞、单核细胞、中性杆状核粒细胞各期均有不同程度的增高。中性分叶核粒细胞各期均有不同程度下降。红细胞,血红蛋白、红细胞压积在发热期、休克期高于正常值,在少尿期、移行期、多尿期均低于正常值;血红蛋白在恢复期仍低于正常值。红细胞平均体积除恢复期外各期略有下降。红细胞平均血红蛋白含量、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度各期均下降。红细胞形态指数、网织红细胞计数各期均增高。提示EHF患者血液系统存在有不同程度变化,这些指标对EHF的早期诊断和观察病情具有一定的临床意义。
Blood samples were collected from 95 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever. The results showed that platelets decreased significantly during the febrile period, especially during shock, and returned to normal after polyuria. White blood cell count increased during the heat, shock period is particularly significant, polyuria back to normal. Total lymphocytes, atypical lymphocytes, monocytes, neutral rod-like granulocytes all have different degrees of increase. Neutrophil granulosa cells in various stages have decreased in varying degrees. Erythrocyte, hemoglobin, hematocrit in the fever, shock stage higher than normal, in the oliguria, transitional period, polyuria were lower than normal; hemoglobin in the recovery period is still lower than normal. The average volume of erythrocytes except for the recovery period, a slight decline in each period. The average hemoglobin content of erythrocytes and the average hemoglobin concentration of erythrocytes all decreased. Erythrocyte morphology index, reticulocyte count increased in all stages. These results suggest that there are some changes in the blood system of EHF patients. These indexes have some clinical significance for the early diagnosis and observation of EHF.
