经过两年多的实践,我们深深体会到企业升级标准是衡量企业管理水平、评定企业等级的重要尺度,制订好企业升级标准是保证企业升级工作能够高质量、健康发展的关键。而制订好国家级企业升级标准,是一件政策性和专业性强、涉及面广,相当艰巨复杂的工作。这是摆在各个工业部门的技术专业管理干部面前的新课题。
After more than two years of practice, we deeply appreciate that the standard of enterprise upgrading is an important yardstick for evaluating the enterprise management level and rating the enterprise level. Establishing a good enterprise upgrading standard is the key to ensure the high-quality and healthy development of enterprise upgrading. The formulation of a good standard for the upgrading of state-level enterprises is a policy-oriented and highly specialized, involving a wide range of work that is rather arduous and complex. This is a new topic before the technical management cadres in various industrial departments.
