随着我国经济的高速发展和开放水平的不断提高,知识产权作为提高国家和企业核心竞争力的战略资源所发挥的作用日益突出。保护知识产权是促进当前社会经济又好又快发展、建设创新型国家的客观要求,是创造良好投资环境、加快企业发展的重要举措,同时也是我国政府庄严的承诺。近年来,四川省按照国家的有关部署,扎实开展知识产权保护工作,在打击侵权盗版、保护专利、保护商标、保护地理标志和外企沟通合作等领域取得了一系列可喜的成绩。2006年四川省整顿和规范市场经济秩序领导小组充分发挥职能作用,积极协调省级相关部门,采取多种形式开展保护知识产权专项行动,有力地推动了四川省知识产权保护工作的开展。2007年是全国开展保护知识产权专项行动的第三年,今年四川省在开展保护知识产权专项行动方面有什么新的部署和举措?为此,本刊记者对四川省经委主任、四川省整顿和规范市场经济秩序领导小组办公室主任彭渝同志进行了专访。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the continuous improvement of the level of opening up, intellectual property has played an increasingly prominent role as a strategic resource for enhancing the core competitiveness of the country and its enterprises. The protection of intellectual property rights is an objective requirement to promote the sound and fast social and economic development and to build an innovative nation. It is also an important measure for creating a sound investment environment and accelerating the development of enterprises. It is also the solemn promise of our government. In recent years, Sichuan Province has carried out IPR protection in accordance with the relevant state arrangements and has made a series of gratifying achievements in such fields as combating infringement and piracy, patent protection, trademark protection, geographical indications protection and cooperation with foreign enterprises. In 2006, the leading group for rectifying and standardizing the market economic order in Sichuan Province gave full play to its functions and functions. It also actively coordinated with relevant provincial departments and took various forms of special actions to protect intellectual property rights, effectively promoting the protection of intellectual property in Sichuan Province. 2007 is the third year of the special campaign to protect intellectual property rights in China.
