本文针对国内小容量硅铁冶炼埋弧电炉现状和工人的技术水平,提出了对现场的技术改造措施,并为之设计了“微型计算机辅助控制系统”。经生产运行表明,该系统改善了工人操作条件,达到了增产、节能和延长设备寿命之目的,取得了一定的经济效益,具有推广应用价值。
In this paper, according to the current status of the domestic small-capacity ferrosilicon smelting submerged arc furnace and the technical level of the workers, this paper puts forward the technical reformation measures for the site and designs the “Microcomputer Aided Control System”. The production run shows that the system has improved the working conditions of the workers and achieved the purposes of increasing production, saving energy and prolonging the service life of the equipment, and has obtained certain economic benefits and has the promotion and application value.
