本文对右旋醣酐不敏感鼠进行观察,目的:1.用右旋醣酐处理和肝素处理的动物,静脉注射瘤细胞后转移的形成。2.用带有肝素孵育的瘤细胞静脉注射后转移的形成。本实验所用肿瘤细胞是可增殖可移植的,为用20-甲基胆蒽诱发的纤维肉瘤。右旋醣酐为高分子(分子量为1000,000)。试验显示短时肝素处理可降低肺转移(动物用或不用右旋醣酐处理)。右旋醣酐处理后增加转移形成(动物用或不用肝素处理)。因此说明肝素和右旋醣酐对肿瘤转移形成,不互相影响。
In this paper, dextran-insensitive mice were observed for the purpose of: 1. The formation of metastasis after intravenous injection of tumor cells in animals treated with dextran and heparin. 2. Formation of metastasis after intravenous injection of tumor cells incubated with heparin. The tumor cells used in this experiment were proliferatively transplantable and were fibrosarcoma induced with 20-methylcholanthrene. Dextran is a macromolecule (molecular weight 1,000,000). Tests have shown that short-term heparin treatment can reduce lung metastasis (with or without dextran treatment). Treatment with dextran increased the formation of metastasis (with or without heparin treatment). Therefore, it was demonstrated that heparin and dextran did not affect each other on tumor metastasis.
