活动背景“国际死难工人纪念日”(ICD)起源于加拿大的劳工运动。加拿大于1989年通过了《“哀悼日”法案》,成为世界上第一个官方承认“国际死难工人纪念日”的国家。同年,美国劳工联合会及产业工会联合会(简称劳联-产联,即AFL-CIO)也将4月28日作为纪念死难工人的全国性纪念日。
Background “The International Day of Remembrance Workers” (ICD) originated from the labor movement in Canada. Canada passed the Day of Mourning Day in 1989 and became the first country in the world to officially recognize the International Day of Remembrance of Dead Workers. In the same year, the American Federation of Labor Workers and the Federation of Trade Unions (AFL-CIO) referred to April 28 as a national day commemorating the victims.
