传统的学徒制教学模式已经不能满足社会对人才的需求量,现代学徒制于是应运而生。探索在工业化、信息化两化融合要求下,通过学校和企业之间的紧密合作,与教师、企业人员的联合传授,对学生采用技能培养为主的现代学徒制人才培养模式。推进现代学徒制全方位地探索,提高教学质量,走内涵发展道路。
The traditional teaching mode of apprenticeship can no longer meet the demand of the society for talents, and the modern apprenticeship came into being.
