电炉磷渣浮石是生产混凝上最廉价的人工多孔集料之一。苏联年产磷渣浮石已达150万M~3以上。研究卵形磷渣浮石混凝土的性能,其试样是使用石英砂、400~#普通水泥和粒径为5—20毫米的磷渣浮石制成的轻混凝土。其配合比为1∶2.35∶2.62;水灰比B/Ц=0.53。混凝土在150天以前的强度增长状况可用下式①表示: R_t=0.7R/gt ……(1)棱柱体强度系数的试验数据与СНⅡ—21—75规定的标准数值完全一致。
The electric furnace pulverized pumice is one of the cheapest artificial porous aggregates produced in coagulation. The Soviet Union has produced more than 1.5 million M~3 pumice slag. The performance of oval pulverized pumice stone concrete was studied. The sample was a lightweight concrete made of quartz sand, 400~# ordinary cement, and phosphorus slag pumice with a particle size of 5–20 mm. The mixing ratio was 1:2.35:2.62; the water-cement ratio B/Ц = 0.53. The strength increase condition of concrete before 150 days can be expressed by the following formula 1: R_t = 0.7R/gt ... (1) The test data of the prismatic strength coefficient is exactly the same as the standard value specified in СНII-21-75.
