春油1号是由2006-29和2005-113两个自交不亲和系配制而成的普通白菜(小白菜)一代杂种,具有晚抽薹、束腰美观、丰产、稳产等特点。春油1号株型较直立,株高17 cm,开展度25 cm;叶色绿,叶面平且有光泽,心叶稍皱,叶柄绿且宽厚,叶柄宽度为5.3 cm、厚度为0.9 cm,平均单株质量0.24 kg,每667 m2产量2 500 kg左右。适合冬春栽培;目前已经在北京、天津、河北、江苏、上海、浙江、福建等地大面积推广,累计推广面积约20 000 hm2。
