设计总是随着人类社会文明的进程而呈现出一种螺旋式上升的发展过程。在每一个人类历史发展的阶段,设计在继承其传统风格的基础上,每每都会表现出所处时代特有的风格。纵观设计风格发展演变的历程,如果排除了设计师个人意识的作用之外,对设计风格产生主导作用的就是科技发展水平以及当时的社会意识形态。产品设计尤其如此。新材料、新工艺、新技术的开发应用给产品设计提供了技术支持,同时也改变了产品设计的内容、手段和结果。产品设计作为人机沟通的媒介,一直致力于寻求合理解决问题的方法,平衡商业利润和人的需求之间的关系。科学技术发展到现在,其速度之快已经超乎了人们的想象,借助科技的手段,产品设计者也有了更加广阔的施展空间,设计在解决问题、满足需求方面的能力也在增强。由于加工能力的提高,工业产品的价格在逐年递减,对消费者来说,这无疑是一大福音,因为他们有了更多更好的选择。
Design always presents a spiraling development process with the progress of human civilization. In each stage of human history, design inherits its traditional style and often shows the unique style of the times. Throughout the evolution of design style development process, if the exclusion of the role of designer personal awareness, the dominant style of design is the level of technological development and the social ideology. This is especially true for product design. The ability of designing to solve problems and meet demand is also increasing. As the processing power increases, the price of industrial products is declining year by year, which is undoubtedly a big blessing to consumers because they have more and better choices.
