苯妥英钠(DPH)是临床上常用的止痫药,首选于癫痫大发作,但因其应用不当可出现很多副作用,我们遇到1例以神经精神损害为主,且引起小脑萎缩者报告如下:患者男性,43岁。因长期口服 DPH 而头迷、呕吐及走路不稳5个月于90年12月14日入院。该患于30余年前患“癫痫大发作”即开始应用 DPH,剂量每日0.4～0.6克,分2～3次口服,但每3～4个月仍有1次抽搐发作,近5年来虽无发作亦未停药。于5个月前自觉头迷、频繁呕吐,继之走路不稳,在当地医院诊治不详无好转,且于半月前病情加重,头迷伴视物旋转,不能独自行走与站立,无头痛,亦无肢体麻木及疼痛。二便如常。查体:血压14.4/10kPa,脉搏
