目的:研究维甲酸诱导鼻咽癌和喉癌细胞株凋亡。方法:采用DNA电泳、透射电镜及PI染色及流式细胞技术。结果:4μmol/L的维甲酸作用于喉癌及鼻咽癌细胞株22h,成功地诱导出细胞凋亡。结论:维甲酸能诱导喉癌及鼻咽癌细胞株的凋亡,可以此作为进一步研究喉癌及鼻咽癌细胞株凋亡的模型。
Objective: To study the retinoic acid-induced apoptosis in nasopharyngeal and laryngeal carcinoma cell lines. Methods: DNA electrophoresis, transmission electron microscopy and PI staining and flow cytometry were used. Results: Apoptosis was successfully induced by retinoic acid (4μmol / L) for 22 hours in laryngeal and nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines. Conclusion: Retinoic acid can induce the apoptosis of human laryngeal carcinoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines, which can be used as a model to further study the apoptosis of human laryngeal and nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines.
