报告采用闭合式乳突根治并Ⅰ期鼓室成形术治疗45例(耳)胆脂瘤型中耳炎的结果。介绍了手术方法,并对手术方法、胆脂瘤复发及并发症的预防进行了讨论。

Reported the use of closed mastoidectomy and stage Ⅰ tympanoplasty in 45 cases of (ear) cholesteatoma otitis media results. The surgical procedure was introduced and the surgical methods, the recurrence of cholesteatoma and the prevention of complications were discussed.
