现代商务促进中心副秘书长孟宪煌先生评论上海电子商务产业的发展时,用了这样一个词一一“不热闹”。他解释说,“不热闹”并非代表着没有成绩,没有特色。相反,上海电子商务产业发展得比较扎实,其在推动上海加快转变经济发展方式、实现经济平稳健康发展中发挥了积极作用。通过以下几组数据也许能够说明问题:2011年电子商务交易额占全国比重达近10%,网络购物率和网络使用率均居全国首位。电子商务交易额从2002年的253.86亿元一路攀升,至2011年已达到5,507.8亿元,上升了21倍以上。
Mr. Meng Xianghuang, Deputy Secretary General of the Modern Business Promotion Center commented on the development of Shanghai’s e-commerce industry by using such a word “not lively”. He explained that “not busy ” does not mean no achievements, no characteristics. On the contrary, the development of Shanghai’s e-commerce industry has been relatively solid, which has played a positive role in pushing Shanghai to speed up the transformation of its economic development mode and achieve a steady and healthy economic development. Through the following sets of data may be able to illustrate the problem: in 2011 e-commerce transactions accounted for nearly 10% of the country’s share of online shopping and network usage rate ranks first in the country. E-commerce transaction volume climbed from RMB25,386 million in 2002 to RMB550,780 million in 2011, an increase of more than 21 times.
