用1,10-菲啰啉(phen)和四碘荧光素(TIF)测定金属离子文献有报道,但未见在实际中应用。我们根据Mn(Ⅱ)和phen生成的络阳离子与阴离子TIF形成离子对而被萃取的原理,拟定了酒中微量锰的测定方法,获得了较好的结果。试验部分一仪器与试剂 721型分光光度计锰标准溶液:1mgMn ml~(-1)(硫酸锰贮备液),用水稀释至10μg Mn ml~(-1)(应用液)。 1,10-菲啰啉(phen)溶液:2%,称取2g phen溶于盐酸(0.5%)中,稀释至100ml。四碘荧光素(TIF)溶液:0.1%,称取0.1g TIF,加氢氧化钠溶液(40%)1ml于研钵中研磨溶解,稀释至100ml。
Metal ions have been reported for the determination of metal ions using 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and tetraiodofluorescein (TIF), but no practical application has been reported. Based on the principle that ion pairs formed by Mn (Ⅱ) and phen formed cation ion and anion TIF are extracted, the method for determination of trace manganese in wine is developed and good results are obtained. Experimental part of an instrument and reagents 721 spectrophotometer manganese standard solution: 1mgMn ml -1 (manganese sulfate stock solution), diluted with water to 10μg Mn ml -1 (application solution). 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) solution: 2%, weighed 2g phen dissolved in hydrochloric acid (0.5%), diluted to 100ml. Tetraiodofluorescein (TIF) solution: 0.1%, weighed 0.1g TIF, add sodium hydroxide solution (40%) 1ml grinding in the mortar dissolved and diluted to 100ml.
