文献报道使用NH_4F作为辅助络合剂,5-Br-PADAP吸光光度法测定钢铁中Co。本文在研究5-Br-PADAP与Co(Ⅱ)的显色反应时,采用OP作为胶束增溶、稳定剂,从而提高了显色反应的稳定性,扩大了线性范围;同时控制显色反应前后的酸度,提高了选择性。经过试验:配合物的络合比为1:2;ε_(590)为1.05×10~5;符合朗伯-比耳定律的线性范围为0~26μg/25ml。应用本文的方法测定标准钢样、维生素B_(12)及茶叶中Co的含量,均得到比较满意的分析结果,方法灵敏、简便、结果准确可靠。
Reported in the literature using NH_4F as a complexing agent, 5-Br-PADAP spectrophotometric determination of steel in the Co. In this paper, when the color reaction of 5-Br-PADAP with Co (Ⅱ) was studied, OP was used as micellar solubilizing and stabilizing agent to improve the stability of chromogenic reaction and enlarge the linear range. At the same time, the color reaction Before and after the acidity, improve the selectivity. The results showed that the complex ratio of the complex was 1: 2, ε 590 was 1.05 × 10 5, and the linear range of Lambert-Beer’s law was 0-26 μg / 25 ml. The methods of this article were used to determine the content of Co in standard steel samples, vitamin B_ (12) and tea, and the results were satisfactory. The method was sensitive and simple, and the results were accurate and reliable.
