目的:建立抗炎退热颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Lichrospher C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%(45∶55)为流动相,检测波长为280nm;流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为35℃。结果:黄芩苷含量在0.296~1.480μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率为97.5%,RSD=1.06%。结论:本法操作简便、可靠,可用于抗炎退热颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in anti-inflammatory fever particles. Methods: HPLC method was used. The chromatographic column was Lichrospher C18 column (4.6mm×250mm, 5μm), methanol-0.1% (45∶55) as mobile phase, detection wavelength was 280nm, flow rate was 1.0mL/min, column temperature was 35. °C. Results: The baicalin content ranged from 0.296 to 1.480 μg with good linearity, r=0.9997. The average recovery was 97.5% and RSD was 1.06%. Conclusion: This method is simple, reliable, and can be used to control the quality of anti-inflammatory and antipyretic particles.
