本文以[~3H]-苯为茈底物,观察了维生素A的衍生物视黄酸对大鼠肝微粒体混合功能氧化酶系中的环氧化物酶、环氧化物水化酶及芳烃羟化酶活性的影响。用液体闪烁仪检测各酶催化所生成的[~3H]-苯芘环氧化物,[~3H]-苯芘羟化物及3-羟基苯芘的生成量。结果发现,视黄酸对环氧化物酶活性有明显的抑制作用,并用氰化钾抑制实验得到进一步证实。本实验对阐明维生素A及其衍生物的抗癌机理具有一定的意义。
In this paper, [~ 3H] -benzene was used as a substrate to observe the effects of retinoic acid derivative retinoic acid on the activities of epoxidase, epoxide hydratase and aromatic hydrocarbon in mixed functional oxidase of rat liver microsomes Effect of enzyme activity. The amount of [~ 3H] -benzenepyrene epoxide, [~ 3H] -pyrene pyrene and 3-hydroxybenzene pyrene generated by each enzyme was detected by liquid scintillator. The results showed that retinoic acid on epoxide enzyme activity was significantly inhibited, and with potassium cyanide inhibition experiment was further confirmed. This experiment to clarify the anti-cancer mechanism of vitamin A and its derivatives has some significance.
