用超声液相铸造新技术制备了碳化硅晶须及碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料.证明铸造时对铝液进行超声振荡可以促进增强相与铝液的润湿,改善增强相在铝基体中分布的均匀性,减少气孔率,且用超声液相铸造技术制备的铝基复合材料具有较好的重熔性.还对超声液相铸造的SiCw/Al和SiC_p/Al复合材料制备过程特点、显微组织特征、断口形貌及重熔性能进行了初步探讨.
Silicon carbide whiskers and silicon carbide particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites were prepared by ultrasonic liquid phase casting. It was proved that the ultrasonic oscillation of molten aluminum during casting can promote the wetting between reinforcing phase and aluminum liquid and improve the phase strengthening in the aluminum matrix Distribution uniformity and porosity reduction, and the aluminum matrix composites prepared by ultrasonic liquid phase casting technology have good remelting properties.Moreover, the characteristics of the preparation process of SiCw / Al and SiCp / Al composites fabricated by ultrasonic liquid phase casting, Microstructure, fracture morphology and remelting properties were discussed.
