本文对杜冷丁的提取分别进行了液—液提取和固相提取两种方法的研究,以紫外二阶导数光谱法为检测手段,通过均匀设计初选出较好的实验条件,在初选的基础上,又系统的考察了各种因素对回收率的影响。结果表明,尿中杜冷丁液—液提取的最佳条件为:检材在 PH11的碱性条件下用正乙烷:氯仿(3∶1)2×5ml 提取,提取率这84%;固相提取的最佳条件为,检材在 PH9的条件下,以 GDX—403为固相萃取剂,二氯甲烷洗脱,提取率可达90%。
In this paper, two methods of liquid-liquid extraction and solid-phase extraction were studied for the extraction of dolantin. UV second-order derivative spectroscopy was used as the detection method, the better experimental conditions were selected through uniform design, On the basis of a systematic examination of the various factors on the recovery rate.
