目的根据人体腰围度与身高、体重之间的差数关系,研究新型青少年学生人体营养体格指数。方法随机选取383名青少年学生,通过测量腰围,身高、体重等指标及统计学分析,评价[腰围-1/2(身高-体重)]指数法应用价值。结果男、女生各[B-1/2(H-w)]指数组皮脂总厚度比较差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);男、女生B-l/2(H-w)指数组间皮下脂肪厚度的整体水平组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);同时各组间的平均数及皮下脂肪厚度估计值差异有统计学意义(A=0.01或0.05)。相关度比较结果表明,B-l/2(H-w)指数法与体脂%指标关系最为密切(r=0.7325),呈高度相关。结论 [腰围-1/2(身高-体重)]指数法作为一种新型测评人体皮下脂肪厚度及诊断身体肥瘦营养体格指数方法 ,在评价体脂%方面具有独创性,且经济方便,值得加以推广应用。
OBJECTIVE According to the relationship between waist circumference, body height and body weight, to study the body nutrition index of new-style adolescent students. Methods A total of 383 adolescent students were randomly selected and their waist circumference, height and weight were measured, and statistical analysis was used to evaluate the value of waist circumference -1/2 (height - weight) index method. Results There was significant difference in the total sebum thickness between the male and female students [B-1/2 (Hw)] index (P <0.01). The overall thickness of subcutaneous fat between the male and female Bl / 2 The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). Meanwhile, there was significant difference between the average of each group and the estimation of subcutaneous fat thickness (A = 0.01 or 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the B-l / 2 (H-w) index was most closely related to body fat% (r = 0.7325), which was highly correlated. Conclusions [Waist-waist-1/2 (height-weight)] index method is a novel method to measure the thickness of human subcutaneous fat and to diagnose body fat and fat body index. It is original and economical in evaluating the body fat percentage, which is worth to be promoted application.
