镍对一氧化碳加氢反应的催化活性与选择性的影响往往因载体不同而异,据不少文献报道,这是由于金属镍与载体间的相互作用不同所致。本文探索负载型催化剂的镍晶粒大小、催化活性和产品分布与载体本身可还原性的关系。文献指出,载体TiO_2与Nb_2O_5中金属组分经氢气还原处理后其价数会降低,然而Al_2O_3则不能,因此本文选用TiO_2和Nb_2O_5作为可还原性载体,而Al_2O_3作为非还原性载体。另外,为阐明催化剂晶粒大小与反应活性的关系,测定了反应条件下的镍晶粒的变化。
The effect of nickel on the catalytic activity and selectivity of hydrogenation of carbon monoxide tends to vary from carrier to carrier. It has been reported in many papers that this is due to the different interactions between metallic nickel and the carrier. This article explored the relationship between the size of the supported nickel catalyst, the catalytic activity and product distribution and the reducibility of the support itself. The literature states that the valence of the metal components of the supported TiO 2 and Nb 2 O 5 reduced by hydrogen gas reduction, however, Al 2 O 3 can not. Therefore, TiO 2 and Nb 2 O 5 are selected as the reducible carriers and Al 2 O 3 as the non-reducible carriers. In addition, to clarify the relationship between the catalyst grain size and the reactivity, the change of the nickel crystal grains under the reaction conditions was measured.
