技城市于1992年8月经湖北省、宜昌市两级人民政府验收,非盲率达到99.39%,成为全省首批高标准扫除青壮年文盲的县市之一。在完成基本扫除青壮年文盲的历史任务之后,枝城市适时转移农村成教工作重点,主要抓了以下工作:一、对脱盲人员继续做好巩固提高工作。脱盲人员由各乡镇教育部门委派专人(主要是中小学教师)负责巩固提高辅导,每年集中一次进行书面考试,试卷存入扫盲专栏。普遍性的巩固一直延续到1996
Tech City was approved by Hubei Provincial People’s Government of Hubei Province and Yichang Municipal People’s Government in August 1992, with an unblinding rate of 99.39%. It has become one of the first counties and cities in the province to rid illiteracy among young and middle-aged people with high standards. After completing the historical mission of basically eliminating illiteracy among young and middle-aged people, Zhicheng City transferred the key tasks of rural adult education in a timely manner and mainly focused on the following tasks: First, continue to do a good job in consolidating and improving the work of those who are illiterate.
