项目地址日本神奈川项目面积63.3m~2设计单位sinato本案位于日本的神奈川县,是一个旧宅改造项目。该住宅的业主是一对夫妇,其房龄已有26年之久。经过改造后,公寓的布局更加宽敞灵活,并保证了良好的采光性。设计师在承重墙附近打造了一个步入式的壁柜,这面壁柜巧妙地将卧室分隔在了柜墙的另一侧,并从客厅一直延伸至餐厨区,成为了整个住宅的“中心枢纽”。住宅的南面和西面均设有窗户,并顺应壁柜的位置,形成了一个L型的开敞式布局,该设计不仅能让室内空间获得充足的自然光线,同时也保证了空气流通。
Project Address Kanagawa, Japan Project Area 63.3m ~ 2 Design Unit sinato The case is located in Kanagawa, Japan. It is an old house renovation project. The owner of the house is a couple, the age of 26 years. After the renovation, the apartment layout more spacious and flexible, and ensure good lighting. The designer built a walk-in closet near the load-bearing wall that cleverly separated the bedroom from the living room to the kitchen area and became the “ Center hub ”. The windows in the south and west of the home, along with the closet, create an L-shaped, open-plan layout that not only gives the interior space plenty of natural light but also air circulation.
