步入二十一世纪,重视开发我国农村商业保险市场,对进一步贯彻十六届三中全会关于建立完善社会主义市场经济体制,全面建设小康社会有着十分重要的战略意义。发展农业保险是我国的难点,农业保险要靠国家的政策扶持;要靠商业保险与国家政策性保险衔接;要靠农户互相合作。
Entering the 21st century, attaching importance to developing the rural commercial insurance market in our country is of great strategic significance for further implementing the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee on establishing and perfecting the socialist market economic system and building an overall well-to-do society. The development of agricultural insurance is a difficult point in our country. Agricultural insurance depends on the state’s policy support. It depends on commercial insurance and national policy insurance. It depends on farmers to cooperate with each other.
