随着教育事业的蓬勃发展,以及国内图书馆学科馆员制度的引入,学科化服务已经逐渐成为图书馆中读者服务的一项重要内容。与传统的图书馆仅仅提供的参考咨询服务相比,学科服务是一项具有开拓性的可以使读者主动参与的创新性服务。它不仅要求学科馆员要深入到广大的图书馆用户的教学和研究活动中,帮助他们不断发现和为其提供更多更优质的专业资源和信息服务,还要求他们为用户的研究工作提供具有针对性的信息服务,这同时也是图书馆具有创新精神和个性化服务的主要特征的具体体现。本文主要阐述了两个方面的内容,即:目前高校图书馆学科化服务存在的问题,以及发展高校图书馆学科化服务的对策。
With the vigorous development of education and the introduction of domestic librarianship system, the discipline service has gradually become an important content of the reader services in the library. Disciplinary services are innovative pioneering services that allow readers to engage more actively than the traditional consultancy services provided by libraries. It not only requires subject librarians to go deep into the teaching and research activities of the vast library users to help them constantly discover and provide more and better professional resources and information services, but also require them to provide users with research work with Targeted information services, which are also a concrete manifestation of the library’s innovative features and personalized service features. This article mainly elaborates two aspects, namely, the existing problems in the academic service of the university library and the countermeasures to develop the academic service in the university library.
