哲里木盟农牧场系统不断更新传统观念,改变过去只强调生态效益,忽视经济效益,只强调完成造林面积,不重视造林技术和管护的状况,采取5项措施,大大提高了林业经济效益。——推广抗旱造林,提高造林成活率。全系统每年造林2万多亩,秋翻整地、蓄水保墒,开春后用机械开沟,在沟底再挖一揪进行深坑造林,植深可达80公分,不用浇水,成活率均在90％以上。
