我科1986年应用甲氰脒胍治疗疱疹性口腔炎15例,初步分析于下。 15例中有12例发热,6例合并颌下淋巴腺炎,口腔炎症表现为咽喉部、腭部、颊唇部、牙龈及舌部溃疡。用药后第二天体温全部恢复正常。治疗以甲氰脒胍10～20毫克/日/公斤,5天为一疗程,辅佐维生素C、复合维生素B。用药后第二天体温全部恢复正常,继之口腔溃疡逐日痊愈。甲氰脒胍是H_2受体阻断剂、能抑制组胺的分泌作用,能增加机体免疫功能、有止痛止
