为了解在乙型肝炎(乙肝)高发区急性甲型肝炎(甲肝)的血清学表现及流行病学特征,我们对南昌地区110例急性病毒性肝炎患者采用酶免疫法(ELISA)检测甲肝特异性 IgM,并结合临床进行流行病学调查。现将所做工作报告如下。
