目的:探讨乳腺癌术后治疗皮下顽固积液的方法。方法:31例乳腺癌术后皮下顽固积液患者放置多孔细引流管,局部覆盖无菌敷料,持续加压包扎。结果:26例在7天内治愈,5例在8～14天治愈。结论:乳腺癌术后出现了皮下顽固积液若能及时妥善的处理均能获得良好的效果。
Objective: To explore the method of postoperative treatment of stubborn subcutaneous fluid in breast cancer. Methods: Thirty-one cases of patients with subcutaneous stubic effusion after breast cancer were placed porous fine drainage tube, partially covered with aseptic dressing, and continuously pressured and bandaged. Results: 26 cases were cured within 7 days and 5 cases were cured from 8 to 14 days. Conclusion: Breast cancer appeared subcutaneous stubborn effusion after timely and proper treatment can get good results.
