目的:常用中药柴胡临床使用时存在品种和入药部位的差异,本研究紧密结合柴胡的功效,选有柴胡主流品种以根入药的北柴胡与以地上部分入药的膜缘柴胡进行主要有关药效学的研究,进而明确两者解表退热功效的差异,以期为临床有效、合理使用柴胡提供指导。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,干酵母致大鼠发热模型,分别研究膜缘柴胡和北柴胡的抗炎、解热作用。结果:膜缘柴胡和北柴胡均可抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,均可显著降低酵母致大鼠发热的温度。结论:膜缘柴胡、北柴胡都有良好的抗炎、解热作用,两者比较以北柴胡解热作用更强,因此两者能解表退热,其中北柴胡退热功效强于膜缘柴胡。
OBJECTIVE: To study the difference of the medicinal properties between Bupleurum chinense (Bupleurum chinense) and traditional Chinese medicine Bupleurum (Bupleurum chinense) in clinical practice. In this study, Bupleurum chinense B Mainly on pharmacodynamics research, and then clear the difference between the two table antipyretic efficacy, with a view to clinical effective and rational use of Bupleurum to provide guidance. Methods: The auricle swelling induced by xylene and the fever model induced by dry yeast were used to study the anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects of Bupleurum chinense and Bupleurum chinense. Results: Bupleurum chinense and Bupleurum chinense both inhibited the auricle swelling caused by xylene in mice, which could significantly reduce the temperature of yeast induced fever in rats. CONCLUSION: Both Bupleurum and Bupleurum have good anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects. Compared with Bupleurum, the Bupleurum anti-pyretic effect is stronger than that of Bupleurum chinense and Bupleurum nigrum. Therefore, Stronger than the film edge Bupleurum.
