在江苏省煤炭局主持下,七月十四日至十六日在江苏省煤矿研究所召开了《薄煤层机械化采煤调查研究》技术评议会和《薄煤层采煤方法技术座谈会》。煤炭科学院上海研究所、中国矿业学院科研、设计、院校、生产、基建等共18个单位的48位代表参加了会议。 《薄煤层机械化采煤调查研究》是江苏省煤炭局1981年下达的科研项目,由江苏煤研所和徐州矿务局共同承担,1982年年初完成。 评议会期间,与会代表听取了这两个科研项目的内容介绍,并进行了充分的讨论和认真的评议。会议认为,该课题针对徐州矿区薄煤层的赋存情况和薄煤层机械化开采中存在的问题,结合生产实践中的薄弱环节,进行了广泛的调查研究,获得了比较丰富的资料,坚持了
