目的：调查老年病科患者安全用药情况，分析不安全因素，提出护理对策。方法成立3名护士组成的调查小组，随机抽取2014年4月～2015年4月老年病科住院患者124名，建立调查档案，对患者住院期间以及出院后的用药情况进行追踪调查，对调查结果归纳、分析，提出护理对策。结果老年病科患者的用药存在许多不安全因素。结论医务人员、患者自身以及家属的共同努力，才能消除老年病科患者用药不安全因素，降低老年患者的用药风险。“,”AbstractPurpose: Conduct a survey on the safe medication use of geriatrics patients; analyze the risky circumstances and render relative nursing suggestions. Process: Establish a 3 nurses survey group, check 124 pieces of information randomly out among those senile patients who were in hospital during April, 2014 to April, 2015 and create a file. Then carry on a follow-up survey on the medication use condition of those patients. In accordance to the compile-file and its analysis, suggestions, under the respective situation, should be offered to.Search result: A tremendous number of vulnerabilities do exist on them. Conclusion: Only combine with three parties’ efforts (the medical staff, the patients themselves, and their family), can eliminate the unsafe elements when geriatrics patients get their medicine, and level its risk down to the minimum extent.
