通过合理的假设,从谢苗诺夫(Semenov)的热爆炸理论和两种非等温动力学方程:dα/dt=A(1-α)e-Ea/RT和dα/dt=A(1-α)[1+Ea/(RT)(1-T0/T)]e-Ea/RT,导出了估算含能材料(EMs)热爆炸临界温度(Tb)的两种方法。从EMs的非等温DSC曲线,我们很容易得到计算Tb值所用的自催化反应活化能(Ea)、onset温度(Te)和偏离基线的初始点温度(T0)。对硝化棉而言,两种方法所得的Tb值彼此吻合。
From a reasonable assumption, from Semenov’s theory of thermal explosion and two non-isothermal kinetic equations: dα / dt = A (1- α) e -Ea / RT and dα / dt = A Two methods to estimate the thermal explosion critical temperature (Tb) of energetic materials (EMs) have been derived. From the non-isothermal DSC curves of EMs, we can easily get the autocatalytic activation energy (Ea), the onset temperature (Te) and the initial point temperature (T0) from baseline. For nitrocellulose, the Tb values obtained by the two methods agree with each other.
