对苯二胺是一种重要的中间体,制备方法通常是还原对硝基苯胺,本文将研究它的化学还原法。通过静态实验,研究锌粉作为还原剂的前提下,锌粉加入量、水含量以及反应时间等因素对还原结果的影响。通过实验测定反应结束后对硝基苯胺的还原率。确定最佳料液比为1:3,水含量为500 m L/L,在还原条件为:反应温度80℃,介质p H=5-5.5,反应时间为5-6h下的还原反应最终还原率为88%。
