员工满意,简单地说就是让员工的需求得到满足。具体来讲,就是员工的生理需求、安全需求、社交需求、尊重需求和自我价值实现需求等诸多由低到高的无意识动机,在外部条件刺激和自身努力的共同作用下,获得满足,进而产生幸福感。员工满意是企业愿景的重要组成部分,我们在诠释其丰富内涵的同时,积极探讨它的实现途径,对邮政企业管理工作的完善和发展目标的实现,都有着极其重要的现实意义。
